Our service will offer one whole day training session termly, focusing on Early Development: How to support children with additional needs. This training offers an opportunity for both new staff and experienced staff seeking to refresh their knowledge regarding early communication and interaction.
Training Day - Enhancing Early Communication, Interaction and Learning.
This practical and insightful training day focuses on supporting children at their developmental level, rather than age-related expectations. Participants will explore -
- early communication and interaction strategies
- behaviour analysis and supporting regulation
- developing engagement and structuring learning to meet individual developmental needs
Staff will gain access to a range of resources and strategies designed to be implemented directly into their practice, helping to foster meaningful engagement and progress for every child.
