  • Empower professionals to better understand and respond to the diverse needs of children and young people
  • Enhance confidence and capacity within school teams to support emotional wellbeing and learning
  • Co-construct shared understanding through collaborative problem-solving and reflective conversations
  • Shape systems and connecting people through dialogical interactions
  • Facilitate joined up working across multi-agency organisations that have competing needs, e.g., education, health, and social care
  • Embed psychology into everyday practice to make a meaningful difference in classrooms
  • Train the workforce to identify and meet the needs of complex children and young people
