The pool sessions are at the hydrotherapy pool at Frederick Holmes Special School on Mondays and Thursday evenings (excluding school holidays).

We use the Halliwick Concept of teaching swimming. All our instructors are trained by the Halliwick Association of Swimming Therapy and have attended a minimum of a 4 day course In addition 4 instructors are qualifies swimming teachers. (Amateur Swimming Association / Swim England)
