Outreach Services review

Hull City Council commissions three Outreach Services, to support children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) access education in a mainstream setting at SEN Support or for those with an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP).

These services are currently under review, and we have been working with the Hull Parent Carer Forum and the Integrated Care Board, to design a survey to find out what’s working well, what needs to improve and where the gaps are in our services.

The services aim to ensure the needs of children and young people are met in schools, so wherever possible we would like to gain the views of parents and carers and professionals. Please find the link  below to have your say. If you have any questions, or would like to feedback further, please contact the Children’s Integrated Commissioning Team on cypfs.commissioning@hullcc.gov.uk. Survey closes 13 October 2024.
