Barton Inclusive Football Club – Hull/ER squad. - Leisure

We are an Ability Counts football club with teams playing out of Hull and East Riding as well as Barton.

Our Hull and East Riding provision has a team for 12 to 15 years olds and a team for over 16s. We train at St Mary’s College Academy Sports Centre on a Friday evening at 6pm to 7pm.

We welcome players with disabilities or diagnosed mental health illnesses. Our club provides high quality coaching with a view to develop players’ football abilities in an inclusive and welcoming environment.

We are working with the East Riding County FA to support other teams in setting up Ability Counts teams with the view of implementing a competitive league structure to enable players to compete regularly against other teams locally and enjoy an authentic grassroots football experience.

We are run by volunteers who have significant experience of SEND as parents and professionals from education, social care and health services.
