Life Skills Hub - Support and advice

Life Skills Hub supports many children and young people in the Hull and East Riding area who are struggling with mental health, anxiety, attachment, trauma and those not engaging with education, including those with Special Educational Needs. The work we do can be on an outreach basis, at our forest skills space, within our employability service, in school, or within the community.

We offer a wide range of specialist interventions from play therapy through to a person-centred counselling approach. We believe a tailored approach to everyone is paramount within our way of working. We pride ourselves on making a true difference in developing the resilience skills of the young people we work with as well as ensuring their needs, mental health and wellbeing are being supported too.
