£30 feedback prize draw

Eligibility

  • the prize draw is free to enter and open to Hull residents of Hull who are 13 to 25 years old with a special educational need or a disability (SEND), a parent or carer of someone with SEND and a professional who works with SEND families in Hull, who provide feedback

  • participants aged 13 to 17 must have permission from a parent or a legal guardian before entering the draw. The parent or legal guardian of entrants under 18 agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the entrant

  • only one entry per person will be accepted every 3 months

  • employees of Hull City Council and their immediate families are not eligible to enter

How to Enter

  • to enter the draw, participants must complete the online feedback form about the Hull SEND Local Offer website via the QR code/link on the poster titled ‘Help make the Hull SEND Local Offer website better’

  • entries must include contact details, specifically email address, to allow notification of the winner

Entry Period

  • the questions will change every 3 months starting on 1st March 2026 and a draw will take place on the last working day of each 3 monthly period

  • a new draw will take place every 3 months

Prize Details

  • one winner will receive a £30 Love2Shop voucher

  • the winner will be notified by email and must claim the prize and confirm their address within 14 days of being notified

  • the prize will be sent to the winner via Hull City Council postal system

  • the prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable

  • no cash alternative is available

Winner Selection and Notification

  • the winner will be selected at random.

  • the winner will be contacted by email using the details provided in the entry form within 14 days of the draw closing

  • if the winner does not respond within 14 days, a supplementary winner may be selected

Use of Feedback

  • feedback will be used to improve the information and accessibility of the Hull SEND Local Offer website

  • feedback may be used anonymously in reports or promotional materials to improve and promote the Hull SEND Local Offer

Data Protection

  • all personal data will be handled in accordance with Hull City Council’s Data Protection Policy and relevant legislation

  • contact details will only be used to administer the prize draw unless further consent is given

General

  • Hull City Council reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice

  • the council’s decision regarding any aspect of the draw is final

  • entrants into the prize draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions
