Mental health services

The NHS offers a list of mental health services where you can get urgent help.

The CAMHS Crisis and Intensive Home Treatment Team

The CAMHS Crisis and Intensive Home Treatment Team for young people (under 18 years of age) who are in crisis experiencing emotional distress and are struggling to cope.

PAPYRUS exists to reduce the number of young people who take their own lives, by shattering the stigma surrounding suicide and equipping young people and their communities with the skills to recognise and respond to emotional distress. We believe that no young person should have to struggle alone with thoughts of suicide.

You can contact Childline about anything. Whatever your worry, it's better out than in.

Shout 85258

Shout is the UK's first and only free, confidential, 24/7 text messaging service for anyone who is struggling to cope.
