Navigate - Scope - Support and advice

Navigate is a service that provides emotional and practical support to parents and carers at the start of their journey. They support parents and carers who -

• live in England and Wales
• have a child either diagnosed with a disability within the past 12 months or are on the pathway to a diagnosis

Navigate supports parents and carers whose children are up to 18 years of age.

Navigate is a digital service. Sessions for parents and carers are delivered over the phone or virtually.
