KIDS - Hull Befriending - Support and advice

The Befriending Service offers emotional and practical support to parents and carers who may be adjusting to the news of their child's disability or experiencing feelings of isolation and loneliness.

We link parents of disabled children with a Volunteer Parent Befriender. Every Befriender is a parent or carer too, whose child is disabled or has special educational needs.

We have coffee mornings running throughout the year, inlcuding specific support for Dads and male carers.See Facebook page for more information.
